WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A COCKTAIL SHOW PACKAGE?
Depending on the package: show act, bar setup, professional equipment, ingredients, ice, glassware, staff, plus setup and breakdown. The exact setup depends on the package.
WHICH SHOW PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER — AND WHAT ARE “COCKTAIL BROTHERS”?
There are three show packages. Two packages are designed as show + bar service (with bookable Cocktail Menus). Cocktail Brothers is the special with a rolling show bar — focused on the performance and a short serving with 3 show cocktails arranged in advance.
HOW DOES THE COCKTAIL SHOW WORK AT AN EVENT?
We arrive early enough, set up, and align the schedule with you briefly. Then the show starts. Afterwards, depending on the package, serving/bar service continues. At the end we pack down as agreed.
HOW LONG IS THE SHOW — AND HOW LONG DO YOU STAY ON SITE?
The Cocktail Brothers show lasts about 15 minutes. For the other two show packages: we stay as long as you celebrate (timing and flow are agreed with you in advance).
WHAT DRINKS DO YOU SERVE — CAN WE BOOK COCKTAIL MENUS?
With the first two show packages, you can book our Cocktail Menus. With Cocktail Brothers, the regular menus don’t apply — you’ll get 3 show cocktails served by arrangement.
DO YOU OFFER NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAILS / MOCKTAILS?
Yes. Our Cocktail Menus include non-alcoholic options. With Cocktail Brothers, one of the 3 show cocktails is non-alcoholic (alongside two alcoholic).
WHAT DO YOU NEED ON SITE (SPACE, CEILING HEIGHT, ACCESS, PARKING)?
A minimum ceiling height of 2.50 m is important. Ideally, we also have easy access to the setup area, short walking distances, and a loading/parking option for unloading. Please plan enough space for the bar and working area (rough guideline: about 2 × 3 m per bar).
DO YOU NEED POWER OR WATER?
Cocktail Brothers requires no power. For the other show packages, power can be helpful depending on the setup (e.g. lighting/blender) — a standard 230V outlet is sufficient. A fixed water connection isn’t required; access to a nearby tap is ideal. We’ll coordinate details in advance.
ARE THERE TRAVEL COSTS?
We only charge travel costs from 50 km onwards (depending on effort). If applicable, travel costs are shown in the non-binding quote.
