FAQ RENT A MOBILE BAR
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE MOBILE BAR PACKAGE?
A mobile bar setup tailored to your needs, delivery, setup and breakdown. You can also rent add-ons such as glassware, cocktail tables, lighting, cooling and more. In your request, add your wishes under “Additional drinks & services”.
HOW DO DELIVERY, SETUP AND PICKUP WORK FOR THE BAR MODULES?
We deliver the bar modules at the agreed time, set everything up on site, and collect it afterwards as arranged. Self-pickup is not available. Timing is coordinated with you in advance.
WHAT DO YOU NEED ON SITE (SPACE, ACCESS, PARKING)?
Ideally a well-accessible setup area, short walking distances to the final spot, and a loading/parking option for unloading. Please plan enough space for the bar and working area (approx. 2 × 2 m per bar).
DO YOU NEED POWER OR WATER?
We need power for the bar lighting and, if required, a blender. A standard 230V outlet is sufficient. A fixed water connection isn’t necessary — access to a nearby tap is enough. We’ll coordinate details with you in advance.
CAN THE MOBILE BAR BE USED OUTDOORS — WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Outdoors is possible as long as the bar can be placed in a weather-protected area. In rain/wind we recommend a canopy (e.g. gazebo) or an indoor alternative.
HOW DO WE CHOOSE THE RIGHT BAR SETUP IF WE’RE NOT SURE?
No worries if you’re unsure which bar setup fits best — just send a request with your guest count, location and a rough schedule. In the event details under “What is important to you? Wishes etc.” you can add a short note — we’ll reply with a recommendation and a suitable quote.
DOES THIS INCLUDE STAFF / FULL SERVICE — OR IS IT RENTAL ONLY?

IS CLEANING INCLUDED — AND HOW DO YOU HANDLE DAMAGES?
Cleaning is included. We don’t charge a deposit. In case of major damage, the renter is responsible — we handle this fairly and transparently case by case.
ARE THERE TRAVEL COSTS?
We only charge travel costs from 50 km onwards (depending on effort). If applicable, travel costs are shown in the non-binding quote.
