Planning a wedding is beautiful — and also a big project: many decisions, many details, little time. That’s why we work with clear package pricing that gives you certainty early on — what you get and what budget you’re in.

We align with your wedding flow: photos, speeches and the first dance — without you having to think about the bar. If you like, you can add a welcome-drinks reception as an add-on (e.g., champagne / welcome drinks setup) so the start of the day feels just as smooth as the party in the evening. On site, you’ll have one clear point of contact for the venue/best (wo)man so setup, bar flow and teardown run smoothly in the background.

If you want more, you can extend flexibly: branding (e.g., your names), additional drinks (water/soft drinks), service staff as an add-on, or extra equipment — exactly what fits your day. You can add service staff in the non-binding request under “Additional drinks & services”.

How it works

  1. Request without obligation (2 minutes) — service and occasion are preselected, and you can already choose a cocktail menu and add-ons.
  2. Quick alignment — we confirm flow, timing, guest count and details (e.g., branding, extra beverages, equipment).
  3. Arrive relaxed on the wedding day — we set up before your guests arrive, so the evening can start right away.

Who is this for?

Perfect if you want a premium Full-service cocktail bar with staff without adding another planning task. Our packages work even for smaller celebrations and start from €790 net. And if you’d like to personalize or expand, you can add branding, extra beverages (water/soft drinks), service staff and equipment as flexible add-ons.
